Once again thanks for your outstanding service. I received the package today! Like I said before, that would make me a returning customer... and I am.

I have one question. I have another shipment (Eheim Spray lubricant) coming sometime Friday (or sometime there after), would it be possible to add another item in with that shipment? I need to order another part, item # 7444578 ( Pro II valve set Part #7444578). Now that I have replaced the main gasket, that I just received, I noticed that the double tap valve is leaking when it is disconnected. It is leaking right from the ball valve, not the o-rings (that were also replaced) [I have a 90 gallon tank that I am setting up again and don't need to find 90 gallons leaked out on the floor!].

 Please let me know either way. Thanks again.

PS - This filter worked great for 8+ years. But since I moved and it has been dry for 4+ months, everything is now leaking. It might have been cheaper just to have bought a new one! Hopefully I won't have to buy anything else for it (with the exception of the double tap valve)... but if I do, You know where I'll be ordering!

Thanks for the help. Any idea how long it will take to get to California? The part broke on my filter during maintenance. Its a 50 gal planted tank with about 300.00 worth if live stock. I am running an air hose, and small HOB filter. I am hoping that it arrives by friday.

Not a problem, we are here to help J. Bigger cichlids would do best with a larger filter. The 2075 shouldn’t have any

 issue keeping that tank looking good. We have a 600 gallon cichlid tank here that has 5 of the bigger pro II’s on it (

5x159 gallons 795g total of rated filtration) and a 180g african cichlid tank with 2x159g rated on it. They stay nice and clean.

     I can see why your store gets so many positive comments from customers - me included.  It seems to me that you make every

 customer feel important and you stay with them until they are happy!  No long delays, etc. that other companies have in their

 businesses with phony excuses and even dishonesty.  I don't give them the time of day - let alone my money!

We don't have on the website yet, for some reason they are not listed in our eheim catalog but I talked with the dist. and we can get them.

So they will be online soon.

The last order was filled out through our website, we don't take paypal (so it wasn't that way). I will send over weblink for ordering

the motor head unit. ASAP. We don't sell the Vaseline, but do have a packet or 2 laying around that I'll include FREE with the order.

Not a problem, a pest pestering a pest is Ok. There are 7 new sera liquid products (and skimmers, pumps, lights, salts, also soon) 

they came out with, we'll have them on our site soon. Coraliquid they are still making, it wasn't replaced by anything.
